Cooking suggestions
Best poached in hot water (bring water to boil, switch off heat). Soak the Weisswurst in hot water (do not boil !!) for about 10 mins.
Remove the outer skin while hot .
Dip into sweet mustard or saurce on a plate.
Ideal for Breakfast or Quick evening snack.
Can also be pan fried as onion sausage.
