Cooking suggestions
Pan Fry in Shallow cooking oil for about 5 minutes each side, on low to medium Heat, until golden brown .
Poached in hot water ( do not boil ),about 10mins to soak the heat .
Eaten as is , or added to soup and stews .
Can be Grilled directly over Charcoal, don't let it get too hot .
