Can be easily eaten hot or cold.
Pan fry in shallow cooking oil for about 5 minutes each side , on low to medium heat, until golden brown .
Ideal for cooked breakfast, poached or fried egg on toasted bread, tomatoes, cold salad.
Used in sandwiches, with mustard, relishes, or any cold salads.
