Cooking suggestions
Pan fry in shallow cooking oil for about 5 minutes each side , on low to medium heat, until golden brown .
Poached or fried egg on toasted bread, tomatoes, cold salad.
Sandwiches, with mustard, relishes, or any cold salads.
