Storage tipps
Treat as cooked product, This is not a cured Salami.
2 - 4 Deg.C in fridgerator. Do not cover or place in a plastic bag as the prcduct needs to stay dry.
The white on the outside is usually evporated salt, can be simply removed with a damp Paper towel .
In time the product would loose about 50% of its nett weight and go hard from loss of moisture. (better to stay dry)
Recommend to consume within Two weeks after purchase.
