Can be shaved into thin slices and eaten as is.
Cut into thin slices and fry in low heat as for normal cooking bacon (don't let it cook too dry unless you like it crunchy), has a stong taste and does not shrink. Ideal as farmers breakfast,fried bacon, eggs, tomatoe and toast.
Thick slices or pieces added into soup, simmered for least couple hours. This will add good smokey bacon flavour to vegatables, stock and enjoyable bacon pieces.
Storage tipps
Consume within 12 weeks after purchase, once opened store in fridge. (keep it in a dark cool dry place) and consume within one week.
Ideal for outdoor tramping, evening snack, Motor homes.
Store in a cool dark dry place , does not require refrigerator when packet is vacuum sealed.
