Cooking suggestions

Pan Fry in Shallow cooking oil for about 5 minutes each side, on low to medium Heat, until golden brown .
Poached in hot water (do not boil),about 10mins to soak the heat.
Eaten as is (cold), or added to soup and stews.
Can be Grilled directly over Charcoal, don't let it get too hot .
Childrens favorite as Hotdog sausage with tomatoe sauce in sandwich bread.
